H.O.M.E. (Home Ownership Made Easy)

Project Renew is a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency that provides an array of services designed to accommodate the many educational and counseling needs of perspective homebuyers. One of the services offered under the H.O.M.E. counseling program is pre-purchase counseling which typically includes an assessment of the family's situation and development of a plan for achieving home purchase. H.O.M.E. also helps clients with credit repair, budgeting, familiarizes customers with mortgage lending process and all the terms that are related to the process as well as instructions and information on basic home repair, inspections and the importance of landscaping. Project Renew advocates that homeownership, perhaps more than any other revitalization strategy, has a powerful effect on families by fostering stability and providing a means to build personal wealth.

These goals and objectives are not only centered but also derived through and/or from the concept of Full-Cycle Lending. The Full-Cycle Lending process is one that will benefit everyone.
