New Home Construction

Project Renew broke ground in 1992 for its first new construction project. The six homes on Williams Street were the first new homes that had been built in the central city of Fort Wayne in 40 years. Since that time, Project Renew has been instrumental in residential development and has provided the end financing for 32 additional homes within its targeted boundaries. The newly constructed homes are visual signs of neighborhood revitalization and the faith and belief in the prosperity that hard work brings.
