The uniqueness of Project Renew can be found in its overall approach to holistic housing development.  Project Renew has operated strategically by specializing in whole block housing development, which produces a greater visual impact as well as a significant increase in value for not only the surrounding properties, but also the ones being built.

In addition to the affordable housing piece, Project Renew is engaged in real estate development as a developer and/or co-developer with various private developers in the City of Fort Wayne.

Project Renew is currently working on the SPZP Revitalization Project, a faith based initiative aimed to revitalize a ten-block area. The project is comprised of two phases: (1) Residential Development and (2) Commercial Development Phase 1 is currently underway with Project Renew being responsible for coordinating the demolition, construction, rehabilitation and marketing of the residential properties in the target area.

In Phase II, Project Renew will be the developer of record and oversee planning, acquisition, demolition, environmental assessment/cleanup and site preparation, including infrastructure improvements.  Project Renew is also actively involved in owning, developing, managing, and maintaining rental properties in the Fort Wayne area.
