Rental Housing

In addition to homeownership, Project Renew provides quality affordable rental unites.  The rental unites are located throughout our target area with units ranging from single family to duplex.

Project Renew owns 18 single-family homes and 3 duplexes.  Acquisition of the properties helped to meet our neighborhood revitalization goals. Most of the homes were blight on their block before our acquisition. With aggressive rehabilitation efforts we have brought new life to once dilapidated structures. It is the goal of our organization to work closely with our existing tenants to encourage and counsel them to achieve the American dream of home ownership. However, some of our tenants only aspire to be lifetime renters and it is the goal of our organization to continue to provide safe, quality, affordable housing for those individuals.
